About Hatero de PB

Hatero de PB (Imported from Spain)
Foaled 25/1/05. 16hh He is an extremely rare Grullo Sabino PRE/Andalusian Stallion. So his colour combination alone makes him extraordinary for a PRE registered with ANCCE, the Pure Spanish Horse’s (Pura Raza Espanola) governing body. Hatero is registered as a Purebred & approved for breeding.

Registered in all relevant societies in Australia for Andalusian horses .

His Sire, Gento is a qualified stallion from the famous Military Stud in Jerez. Qualified is rather like elite in the Warmbloods, they have to have produced a certain number of champions/exceptional horses. It’s a step up from being passed for breeding. He is making a name for himself as a producer of Grand Prix dressage horses. The most recognised at the moment, Minero VII, was short listed for the Bejing Olympics. English, American & Canadian Breeders have begun to seek out his stock,

though it’s relatively hard to come by considering he has over 200 foals on the ground. The Spanish still don’t like to part with their good horses.

On his dam’s side he descends from the famous Llovera bloodline. In particular, the outstanding mare, Leva, who produced two 5 star Laureate mares, Bruja 1968 & Leva IV in the Spanish book of Merits. Laureate standing is the highest accolade a Spanish horse can achieve. It places these mares above many of the more renown stallions, Leviton, Invasor II & Gaucho III, just to name a few.

This outstanding combination has produced a young stallion with an engaging personality, calm good nature & strong work ethic that endears him to all. He is registered with two international bodies, ANCCE & IALHA.

Hatero’s amazing temperment is also proven under saddle with young riders.
