Enrolment
Are you an Australian resident looking to undertake a recognised qualification at Waterford College (WFC)?
To apply for a course at WFC, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Complete and sign the Domestic Student Application for Enrolment Form
- You will need to provide photo identification
- You will need to provide evidence of your Australian citizenship/permanent residency, New Zealand citizenship or valid Australian visa
- Proof of address
- Proof of any relevant industry experience
- Concession card (If you have one)
Please, submit your application along with any supportive documents to our head office or alternatively email us at info@wfc.vic.edu.au. Your application will be checked and processed. If the correct documentation is not submitted, you or your job service provider will be contacted for supplementary information.
If your application is successful, you will be issued with a Letter of Offer and Acceptance Form. This document outlines the course details, the course duration and the total fees, and the terms and conditions of the enrolment.
Please read carefully through the form and letter, as this is written and legally binding agreement. We also recommend applicants to access further details on through our website.
You are required to accept the offer you have been given by WFC in order to successfully enrol into the education program. To accept the offer, you must sign the Letter of Offer and Acceptance Form, and provide evidence of payment of the enrolment fee.
Upon a successful enrolment, WFC will post your Confirmation of Enrolment letter, including the details of your course commencement.
